As a publicly appointed and judicially certified expert for construction, Mr. Dipl.-Ing. Gernot Blach is authorized to conduct investigations/assessments of damage to buildings.

In general, the purpose of such an investigation is to determine the cause of a defect and to present the true facts, for example, to a court.
